Repeat that for 12 times before you switch to your left leg. Repeat that ritual again and again. If you get bored doing those after a while try to change it by stepping side to side.
3.Up/Down.
This is another great exercise which you can do it easily at home without any equipment. First make yourself in standing position. Secondly go down as quick as possible and do a push up. Thirdly return yourself to standing position as fast as you can and jump. Then repeat these three steps continuously.
